Personalized Weekly Workout:   4 workouts per week + 2 cardio plans per week, personalized to your specific goals.

Personalized Meal Plan: A healthy lifestyle is easy to maintain once you find the plan that works best for you. Built around your specific preferences, Meg will give you a plan for 3 meals and 3 snacks, daily. With the help of recipes and a weekly grocery list, you will be able to revamp your health habits right at home. 

2 Body Composition Assessments:  We all know that we are more successful if goals are set and strived for. Meg will meet with you at the beginning of the month and again after your month of your Personalized Total Nutrition & Exercise Program to help you understand and set those goals. 

Weekly Check-ins:  With this personalized program, you will have a chance to check-in with Meg on a weekly basis. Did you love one of the recipes and want more like it? You can update Meg and she'll make sure that your next week plan is just as much of a hit. Did you master your workouts by week three and want to up the intensity for your final week? Let Meg know at your check-in and keep an eye out for your adjusted workout plan.
