PHIT At-home Exercise Program

Are you ready to go it alone? If you have the self-motivation to get out the door and get moving then this program is for you. This is a four-week plan for you to workout on your own time.

Each week you will have two cardio plans and either two, three or four resistance workouts, depending on your desired level of fitness.
